Purpose

These terms govern access to QuizAlgo and subscription to paid plans.

Plans and pricing

Starter: free. Student Pro: €2.99/month or €29/year. Teacher: €3.99/month or €39/year. Prices in euros, all taxes included.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (small-business exemption).

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record, which issues the invoice and collects applicable VAT. Online payment will be enabled soon.

Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions renew per period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund of unused time unless required by law.

Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.

For digital content supplied immediately, article L221-28(13) provides that the right of withdrawal is lost once execution has begun after your express consent and acknowledgment of that loss. When online payment is enabled, this waiver will be collected via a dedicated checkbox at checkout and confirmed by email.

An online withdrawal option is available on the Withdrawal page, accessible throughout the withdrawal period.

Legal guarantee

Digital content benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L224-25-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
